KIANNA HOLIAN

Mobile Hero Dashes

Raised in Albuquerque, NM Kianna is from the Pueblo of Cochiti and Pueblo of Jemez on her maternal side and the Navajo Nation on her paternal side. Kianna received her Bachelor of Science in Population Health from the University of New Mexico and a Master of Public Health from Northern Arizona University.

As Project Venture’s Director of Advancement and Learning, she supports the development of staff and partner capacity through training, resource creation, and program development. Kianna brings a background in organizing, leadership development, and community outreach—work grounded in her commitment to empowering Native and Indigenous youth to reach their full potential.

Kianna was drawn to Project Venture because of its strengths-based approach and cultural grounding, values that reflect her own belief in service, community, and growth. She stays inspired by seeing youth and educators connect through shared experiences outdoors and in culture-based learning.

When she’s not at Project Venture, you can find Kianna enjoying time with family and friends, exploring new trails, or engaging with community.
