Tracy is a tribal member of the Pueblo of Laguna, from the village of Paraje. She earned her Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting from the University of New Mexico.

As Project Venture’s Director of Finance and Administration, Tracy provides leadership and oversight across the organization’s financial and administrative operations.  Her work supports staff across all departments and helps ensure Project Venture’s continued growth, stability, and long-term success.

A former Project Venture participant in her youth, Tracy continues to embody the values and leadership skills instilled in her through the program. She remains deeply inspired by Project Venture’s mission and is committed to supporting youth to build healthy lifestyles and positive relationships.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and friends and listening to music with her son.
