Upcoming Training

Project Venture is excited to announce an Advance Backpacking training expedition. If you want to improve your facilitation and leadership skills on this Project Venture designed expedition, then join us on this 6-day backpacking trek in Havasupai Grand Canyon, often called the “Shangri-la of the Grand Canyon". You will advance your facilitation, leadership, and outdoor skills by learning tips on how to plan, implement, and complete a backpacking outing with youth. Furthermore, expect to learn how to use the Project Venture model by incorporating the Guiding Principles, Group Values, and Indigenous approach to this Adventure base journey. Spots are filling fast, and prerequisites are required to attend the Advance Backpacking training expedition.
